It's not a copy, the shape seems similar because the armour is placed at an angle to minimize the chances of a bullet striking it at 90 degrees, thus the similarity in shape, I think most of the vehicles in this class will have a similar design. The real litmus test of whether it is a copy or not will lie in the type of suspension, the type of engine and other physical parameters.
