China gets tough against Hong Kong trouble-makers

is it because HongKong has no slums? You can not discriminate against a city just because it has no slams.
everyone knows you have the biggest slums in the world

Don't know about "everyone" but according to UN largest number slum dwellers live in China.

,it is really great that people happily living there with no enought food ,no Continuous power supply,no toilets.
The irony

In Hong Kong, walking people will not step on the feces even if their eyes closed.

Precognitive abilities to detect feces presence, with nose rendering capability able to obtain the coordinates of fecal matter? :woot: We must employ Hong Kong people for search and rescue during disasters.

but in india, there are more CHANCES. so india is better.

strange judgement!

He's worst than a real life 章家敦 because Chang makes money from his work but this guy just hate China from the bottom of his heart. Everyone of his posts shows that however he wants to hide it.

He says he is 32, born in Kansas City, stayed in China for 18 years, was educated in Shenzhen and HK, was raised in South East Asia, lived a few years in HK, spend 3 years in Stockholm. Studied Politics then went into army, served in Afghanistan and Iraq. Then he says his mom has been living in HK for 65 years.

Since when is China part of South East Asia? Was there a reason for this guy to live in China while his mom was in HK? I seriously have doubt about his life story....

can you please give us a picture of China slums?having been to many cities in China, i never see a slum of indian standard.maybe hundred of years ago we have........

Slums are quite prevalent in Hong Kong. A real disgrace for a so-called developed economy with such high economic inequality. The standard of living for the poor is extremely low.

But at least we still have a sense of humor.

is the cause of income disparity the root for all these HK trouble-makers? or they are politically motivated?

there are slums in developed countries/ cities almost all over the world including USA UK and of course HK. Do the slums in HK get easy clean and safe access to toilets, water, electricity and social welfare? HOw do the slums in HK compare with those in india?

Aesthetic beauty of slums was not really the parameter by UN i guess.

thank you for your search, but have you see what you searched?Even if you use the keywords “chinese slums”, the search results are almost indian slums or african slums.

indian slums are iconic! they have made a movie based on slum environments in bombay which won an Oscar!

That a surprise, i thought Hong Kong got rid of them in 1980s and 90s.

the people who waved the colonial flags were youngsters whose thoughts are easily influenced by the media, teachers and peers.

HK media are very much controlled by the west arent they?

As per CCP certifications

as boring as a standardized brainless comments from cheerleaders living in a fake democracy!

yeah keep and enlarge the slum areas as much as you can if you enjoy the aesthetic side of the slums

we are trying to eradict any bit of it! we dont have this kind of aesthetic appreciation. they are all yours!

No,it's the common sense of this planet.

A specific nationality to take the undisputed crown of the the world's slums, with no factual or even anecdotal backing is "common sense of this planet." :woot:

Either i can't parse common sense from the perception of certain Chinese members here, or they just don't have anything remotely factual or logical to support their statements. Since i am in mood to pretend extremely illogical and ignorant, i'll go with the former :D
