The correct statement is that China cannot manufacture chips with a size of more than 14 nanometers. China has been able to mass produce chips of 14nm and below.

Taiwan has 23 million people. China has 1,400 million people. You cannot compare Taiwan with China in terms of human resource. China will have 10 carrier strike groups, 10,000 attack drones that will wipe out Taiwan coastal defense, not to mention hypersonic missiles.
