I dont watch BBC, i think BBC is not even aired in Greece. My view on China is based on what i see, how the system runs there. Only one party, repressive government ect plus what our teacher told us. She was 6 months in China.

My apologies but thats a region i have not so much interest in visiting. Im mostly interested in nature, big cities do not interest me. So my main focus would be rain forests ect and there is not so much in China.

Areas outside Europe that i have visited:

Mauritius, Seychelles. Madagascar, La Reunion, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Australia, New Caledonia, Japan.

Thats quite alot outside my village and i guess more than 99% on this board will ever see...and i barely in my 20th.

That said Hainan is not like Daintree in North Australia or Nosy Be in Madagascar. And the most beautiful areas i have ever seen where in New Caledonia.

I prefer New Caledonia and the Lamington National Park in Australia over this any day.

The picture you posted looks like the landscape we have at Olympia. Why should i travel to China when the landscape is same here in Greece? I want exotic nature, stuff where i can see something new.
