damming Brahmaputra in China is like damming a canal , as it contributes 5% of water volume, compared to 75% of water volume from Arunachal and 25% from Assam, till it exits India..China damming that river is a brilliant idea.
India needs to learn what it’s like being on the receiving end of a dam.
Bangladesh needs to build massive reservoirs, with Chinese funds, to preserve its own water.
