Not the 140 tons LEO Long March 9 which will be scheduled after 2025, perhaps pushing onward 2030.
The new super heavy carrier rocket has the code name "921" because the initial development was started in September 21st 1992.
And it will have a LEO of 70 tons which is roughly half of the Long March 9, and will likely have its maiden flight before 2025, in a similar time frame with the SLS block I. It should be a realistic approach for China's current need.
