Coronavirus Updates: China government authorities today announced that there was no new locally transmitted coronavirus cases outside of Hubei province, the epicenter of the outbreak, for the third straight day, while major Chinese cities remained on alert for imported infections.

Seriously? Out of a population of 1.4 billion Chinese, where in the rural sites, people are filthy with no proper regards for hygiene standards or social behavior.

Doctors in provinces like Helionjang, Xinjiang, Henan and Shanxi are telling a different story. According to a stringer,there is an ever increasing amount of patients coming in with respiratory symptoms but doctors have been given guidelines as to what medications to prescribe and to admit them if serious but not to conduct any diagnostic tests directly involved with Covid-19! A check with hospitals in 4 provinces also showed that Covid-19 test kits are not available in any of these hospitals.

Health authorities and medical entities have been given strict warnings not to talk to the media and foreign entities while local media have been prohibited from reporting on any local health issues except official releases sent out to them.

Acording to the stringer, the Chinese government in its cover ups has also started a massive PR programme including paying an American writer who has been residing in Shanghai for years with his Chinese wife and adopted children to write a few fake conspiracy theory articles claiming that the new coronavirus originated from the US.

The Chinese government is also spending a lot in buying sponsored content and ads on various newspapers worldwide including one despicable English media in Thailand to promote China discreetly.

The Chinese authorities reported that there 19 new cases of coronavirus infections on Monday (March 9), the National Health Commission said on Tuesday, down from 40 cases a day earlier.

Of the new cases, 17 were in Wuhan, the provincial capital of Hubei which is under lockdown, while one was in Beijing and one other in Guangdong due to people arriving from abroad, according to the health authority.

Besides that, there was no new cases nationwide besides Hubei for the last 3 days and that all new cases were basically foreigners bringing the virus into China!

Meanwhile, it has been also been reported that China has donated US$ 20 million to WHO. The Ethiopian national who heads the organization is rumored to be preparing to sing a litany praises for China at a Press Conference soon while there is an ongoing online petition for him and his team to be removed from office for not stopping the spread of the virus globally and for the mess and economic slump the world has to endure as a result of their incompetence.

Coronavirus bombshell: Is this PROOF China's been lying about deadly outbreak?

The review, carried out by Toronto-based research group Citizen Lab found WeChat blocked combinations of keywords on the virus and criticism of President Xi Jinping’s response. The most popular messaging app in the county was created privately by Allen Zhang, but the government has actively supported its development and uses it as a data source to conduct mass surveillance in China. The government has censored what its people read and say online for years, but an unearthed report suggests they began blocking discussions weeks before officials acknowledged the severity of the outbreak.

The report also found that WeChat blocked more words as the outbreak grew.

On December 31, China first alerted the World Health Organisation (WHO) to the outbreak, but information was initially withheld over the number of people infected, the risks downplayed, and timely information overseen, leading some to claim the government was lying about the true extent of the virus.

Then, almost a month later, on January 20, President Xi publicly addressed the issue of the virus, saying it had to be "resolutely contained".

WeChat was found to have censored 132 keyword combinations between January 1 and 31.

Among words identified were the terms "Unknown Wuhan pneumonia" and "SARS outbreak in Wuhan".

As the outbreak continued, WeChat censored 384 new keywords between February 1 and 15.

These include criticism of Chinese leaders – including Xi – as well as neutral references to government policies on handling the epidemic and responses to the outbreak in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.

Some examples of censored combinations were: "Local authorities, epidemic, cover-up” and "Wuhan, virus, human-to-human transmission”.

The deadly virus, dubbed COVID-19, has now taken the lives of 3,220 and infected more than 94,000 worldwide.



Today, the WHO admitted medical professionals are “ill-equipped” to deal with the potential looming pandemic.

Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said that each month, the organisation estimates that about 89 million medical masks, 76 million examination gloves and 1.6 million goggles will be required globally for healthcare workers to respond to the outbreak.
