China Considering Orbital Laser to Fight Pollution - It will cost $1 trillion dollar

@ito
Hello, ito. Thanks for your resources.
My intention to post the list with Chinese cities underlined is to demonstrate the severity of pollution in China.

You are right, China is very industrious, and has a complete industry of nearly all sectors. Pollution is a cost people have to suffer from, an inevitable phase of all major powers from zero to a high level of development.

It is a fact that China has far more industrious cites than India. However, what's confused me is most polluted cites in india is far more polluted than those in China, in terms of PM2.5 and PM10 (PM2.5 is the real dangerous pollutant). Where dose pollution of major cities in India come from given their very limited industry?

For example, my city, Wuhan in Central China, 10million inhabitants with GDP of 161 billion in 2014, mainly car, boat, steel, optical fibre, biomedical products. It ranks top90-100 in PM10 and not a top100 in PM2.5 in major cites around the world. So, what will happen to India given the current pollutants which you said not mainly from industry?

The average is like 1,10,10,10,10,10, 10, 10 vs 1,1,1,1,100,100,100,100. And I haven't read any reliable statistic. So now I can only study figures from WHO case by case.

Concerning the real time AQI map, yes, there are many monitors around East Asia where people are insanely concerned about AQI, especially PM2.5. The first thing I will do everyday after getting up is to check my Moji Weather APP and other index from like Baidu.com.

Today's average AQI of major cities in China.

My city, Wuhan

We have different monitor spots around the city, industrial parks and downtown
And today Wuhan ranks 564 of all 601 monitored cities.(1st is the best)

planting lasers in the space as civilian projects but to be later use as a military weapon?

. . .
Hello, Beast. I suggest you post reliable datas to some real sensible Indian members here. It's totally in vain to reply to uneducated and ill-mannered one.
The data is quote from WHO, please read the link first before you reply. Or you want to be another claiming WHO is not authentic enough? Then UN probably is an bogus organisation too since they always rely on WHO to gauge world environmental issue.

Behaviour like a normal Indian pls, don't act like an animal in the zoo.

Most of the pollution in large cities in India is from vehicles using adulterated fuel. The biggest culprit is auto rickshaws.

Then many vehicles are 20 years old. There is also pollution due to bio mass emissions, using wood for cooking, and deforestation due to growing human population. Then the there is also this industrialization that is picking up.

Unlike cities, most Indian villages are not yet polluted. And India is not even remotely as urbanized as China is, hence most pollution is concentrated in large cities such as Delhi and Bombay

.
Nowhere did I say India is not badly polluted. I only said, stop hiding behind average figures as it takes into account vast swathes of pristine lands in Tibet, East Turkistan and Inner Mongolia - regions that have not been touched by China's industrialization.

I know English is probably a third language for you guys but is it that difficult to understand? What I have explained 5 times already?
So is India, far more regions are not industrialised and urbanised. Thus, average will hide real problems, that's why studying every city case by case is more appropriate. You can check database from WHO, World Bank, IMF or other sources, that's where my datas come from.
btw, English is not even a language for me and I never use it in my daily life.

For a person who never use English, your English is really good.

AQI is not based on population density, pls check WHO and the methodology if u are properly educated.

Is you the average Indian? I personally only know some sophisticated Indian technicians from the upper class who are working here.

Thanks!
But seriously, I am learning new words and expressions from you guys. English is more of a subject in school and we have to pass it. Just like other nations in East Asia, Chinese, Korean and Japanese are the first language. I read English papers but don't use it in my daily life. And we learn physics chemistry and other subjects in Chinese with books translated from English. In Chinese, terminology is translated according to meaning as opposed to pronunciation like Japanese translation.

why you called him Idiot man ? he is still better than other Chinese Members on PDF. (he have source too)
@Shotgunner51 sir your views on this topic ?
I don't think this discussion should be about emotional release. It's about fact and reasoning, isn't it?
