I hate mandarin duck: too many bones, too much grease
Roasted chinese pork is better
 
I've never seen chicken nugget with lemon, but it looks delicious with some vegetables and rice

You can find it in many Chinese restaurants
Actually the "Mandarin" ducks are done in 2 ways:

1. Beijing "Peking" ducks are served deboned
The sliced roasted skin and meat are wrapped in a flour sheet which is laced with a special "Peking duck" sauce, and it is eaten together with cucumber/ galric / onion (optional) in the wraps

and 2. Guangdong (also roasted) style which is served bones intact, with duck sauce ( a different sauce from Peking roast duck sauce above) like these

Guandong style duck is also called Pipa duck i think

I like the Beijing duck, but i find it too expensive and definitely not enough to eat. Roasted pork is more satisfiying
 
shurau , where pork fat is mixed in flour and deep fry it as nuggets is also tasty dish, to be eaten with some beer or wine :D

Pipa ducks are marinated in a different spicy sauce I think and the whole duck is flattened so it is (including the inside) roasted on charcoals

The other Guangdong ducks are roasted like this
Before roasting, the duck is sealed up like a bag, hanged up and air-dried for hours after the inside is marinated with spices and sauces.
The skin of the duck (pipa, Peking or Guangdong) is coated with syrup / honey during roasting.

Some extremely exquisite chefs will pick special kinds of wood for roasting, just to enhance their signatures to the taste of the ducks!
