Well i think China already has a robust ecosystem like Silicon valley required for startups to succeed.

Open source software products made around the world have nothing to envy to products made in sillicon valley, what is the difference? Money for the developers, nothing more.

You can make software even under a bridge, it's cheapest thing of the world.
