No Li Gang is the J-20's pilot. People found it funny that he had the same name as the infamous "My father is Li Gang" Li Gang, even in Chinese! Someone asked him about his name and he reportedly shook his head and said, "no not that Li Gang".

heh meant if the chinese character is the same or just a homophone. I know they're not the same person .
