Bahi sahib, i know where you are coming from, but the fact is you can't pick and chose to your likings, if one expects others to respect the International law, one should also abide by it.
The bottom line is, China accepts Pakistan's stance on Kashmir hence it's going ahead with the construction.

kk man lemme summarize is for Chinese people here. What do you want ehh??? A couple of crappy dam projects in *** or $50 bill bid to build High Speed Rail for India and preference over other nations in investment in upcoming $100 bill in DMIC.

China has cost advantage and India certainly likes that thing about China. China is almost bound to win most of the future HSR projects and many other projects in India.

Your trade with Pak is 7 bill and with India is 75 almost topping 100 in 2 yrs. So choose wisely.

Trade is two ways streets, both stand much gain or much lose for both. We're not certainly interested to sacrify our strategic energy road and compromise the entire Chinese economy just for the sake of Indian wish.

Kashmir these days more peaceful even than Islamabad , with the demise of thing called Pakistan round the corner the Pakistan occupied Kashmir would beg to be part of India in coming days.
Unlike China we donot thrust non kashmiris into kashmir just as China is doing in Tibet and Xinjiang province.

Kahmiris are not economically expoilted as baluchis are being by Pakistanis. An ex chief minster of baluchistan became revoltionary because of unjust Pakistani rule. In Kashmir all ex terrorist have given up arms and are joining the man stream.
kashmirs donot pay any tax to centre and instead get huge aid from central goverment.
Only Sunni mulsim in valley have problem with India.

I would suggest you check with yr seniors if any of following point sthat i have stated are untrue.

Kashmiris don't pay any taxes to central goverment instead get huge aid
People from rest of India cannot buy land or cannot vote in kashmir election.
There hasn't been any incidence of voilence in which a civilan has died in kashmir .
kashmiri youth who went P*OK to become jihadis are coming back to kashmir via nepal with their families.
