How could foreign companies flee from China when production costs are higher in Malaysia and this country does not have the productive industrial capacity which is at its optimun and cannot handle new productive industries. Regarding Vietnam, this country is plagued by a crumbling infrastructure and lack productive capacity. Ractifying such regional agreement would not serve the US which would continue to lose its manufacturing sector.

Yes, both the US and Japan intend to keep China out of this. India may be invited if India wished to join, thereby creating an alliance of free countries against China.
