If he stops bashing China, we won't have any problems. If he continues bashing and claims "I'm Chinese," you know I'm going to bring up his Mexican heritage again.

A Chinese person has the right to call out someone who is not Chinese.

I can't call out someone on their Frenchness, because I'm not French.
