Chemical Weapon Usage and Impacts

Hi Fellows I have created this thread though on old topic but sensitive issue of usage of chemical weapons and their impacts. I have recentely seen pathetic pic of young boy who is disabeled in vietnam due to orange agent used by US forces during Vietnam war. Still Vietnamese are facing impacts in shape of disabilites and diseases.
There were rumors that USA even used such weapons or at least atomic shells during last phase of Iraq war i.e capturing of Baghdad Airport area where whole brigade of Iraq Army was decimated only bones of dead soldiers were seen their.

The why world blames Saddam or Bashar Al Assad.

How impacts of these weapons may be controlled after so many years of usage.

The US used Agent Orange in Vietnam, which was primarily to clear foliage. However, it also caused birth defects.
In Fallujah, they used Depleted Uranium shells, which, while still toxic, are far, far from atomic. Conventional ammunition can turn soldiers into bones.

Just because USA and Britain used them, doesn't mean Saddam and Assad are allowed to. The US & Britain made mistakes and no longer have CW. Meanwhile, Saddam used them till the end and Assad still uses them (mainly Chlorine now.)
The effects to CW vary. For example, Sarin is deadly in almost any quantity, which was demonstrated in Ghouta. Chlorine, on the other hand, is mostly used as an irritant, and against Adults doesn't do much in moderate quantities minus difficulty breathing, and emotional scarring. However, against infants, it is deadly. It also can be deadly to adults as well if used in high quantity.

Thks for your detailed answer however second purpose of this thread is to discuss protections available against such weapons especially for general Public as military tanks and APCs mostly have NBC protection.
Perhaps u misunderstood some part of my email as I also want to show clear picture of USA and UK which are now champions of humanity.
Further unjustified aggression resulting in death of hundreds of innocent people is unjustified whether done by USA,UK,Bashar forces or their opponents. Don;t take me wrong in the past both parties accused of using chemical weapons Bashar and Saddam had close ties with USA.
Further even Syrian opposition is also accused of using such weapons similarly being paid and armed by USA. Perhaps they have not learned lesson what happened in Afghanistan.

Opposition don't have the capability to launch CW. Chlorine attacks are conducted by air, and Sarin attacks are conducted by 140mm and 333mm rockets supplied by Russia and Iran.
CW has no purpose in conventional war, most vehicles have NBC protection. It will also have lots of collateral damage.
