Yeah there were these people in Guiness book of world records who could do that. If I remember correctly they had some abnormalities. I don't think he should be doing this, what if his eyes pop out of the sockets.

I agree with you that this is an abnormality but I don't think his eye-balls will fall out from their sockets and the reason is that he has that abnormality that enables him to do that..but if the normal people try to do this, they can risk damaging their eyes.
