Why on earth are we trying to fix something that is not broken ?

why,,,,umm
becoz politicians need an issue which Indians care about.
do u see any political party winning elections solely on promises of developement,,reducing poverty,,providing basic medical facilities/employement etc.
or do u see more zeal in voters on topics of cast,creed n religion
