Change U.S. Foreign Affairs to U.S. Defense

Reason being is that the rest of the countries represented don't say "China Foreign Affairs" or "Bangledesh Foreign Affairs." Also, I think it'd be pretty acceptable to use the American 'defense' instead of the UK 'defence,' as that's how we spell it over here.
