.
Indo-Pak border is not a hair line..and a soldier serving 24/7 on the border cannot cross it so easily by mistake..and had such mistake been possible..there should be other incidents of soldiers crossing the borders by mistake as well during the same time frame.....

Sure they are, just a few weeks back a retired Pakistani soldier crossed the LOC inadvertently and was captured, offcourse Indians returned him the same day.

. .
He is still a deserter for leaving his post without orders, but he did cross into Pakistan inadvertently and that has been Indian position all along, perhaps it is your weak grasp over English language, that you do not understand, how both these process can be simultaneous.

No running away to Mayanmar is a tactical retreat, committing largest surrender in last 70 years in a tactical retreat.

I guess you were too young or perhaps not born yet to remember Kargil.

Pakistan repeatedly stated, that none of its soldiers were in Kargil and carried on with this idiotic narrative for 10 years after Kargil was over, when confronted with ID cards of its dead Pakistani soldiers, Pakistan even initially refuse to accept their dead bodies. And that is called disowning your soldiers.

It was only when Pakistani lies were busted, after RAW leaked Musharrafs conversation tapes, was Pakistan army embarrassed enough to accept the dead bodies of its soldiers, but mind you, Pakistan army it still kept up with its stupid story, that there are no Pakistani soldiers in Kargil for ten more years.

Okay... so how do u disown ur soldiers when a pathetic enemy like bharat leaks videos of body exchange ceremonies? and Pak awards medals to its fallen heros?

Sure they are, just a few weeks back a retired Pakistani soldier crossed the LOC inadvertently and was captured, offcourse Indians returned him the same day.

alot of such stories,

and than there are Pak soldiers who crossed LOC incidently and were tortured and shot point blank... soldiers who sent almost 5 decades in indian jail (65 POW)... got their tongue cut, bones broken, made deaf by inserting rods in ears... and mentality messed up...

Let me spoon feed you son, clearly you don't have the requisite skill to decipher chain of event which happened here.

Nice made up story kid. But it is useless. Let me tear your made up story apart one by one.

Chandu had an argument with his superior officer

True. Indian army has too many of these incidents where jawan quarrel with senior officers. I remember that funny incident when soldiers and officers had a major brawl just because a jawan teased wife of an officer.

He deserted his post without orders from his superior officer(that is why called a deserter).

True.

He started walking in direction of LOC, his colleagues shouted at him to turn back, but in his fit of rage he did not listen, and he inadvertently crossed onto Pakistani side of LOC.

If he didn't listen to anyone and knew that he is crossing LOC then that is not inadvertent you moron. Do you even know the meaning of word "inadvertent"?

Now is that too hard to understand ? Or perhaps show it your English tutor, he would explain to you, how none these terms are contradictory can happen simultaneously.

I perfectly know what inadvertent means and I don't need any tutor. Yeah you do need a teacher to whip your as$ and teach you meanings of the word "inadvertent".

No", surrendering half your country should be while you have more than Eighty thousand soldiers at your command is called a "tactical retreat"

Nope running with your tail between your legs leaving behind a whole state on enemy's mercy is not "tactical retreat". No fancy word can change the fact that you surrendered to China before 1971 and that too in far easier situation.

If you don't know about PAF personnel fleeing to Mayanmar, you should read up.

Yup I know. They learned it first hand from Indian army.

They are not my BS stories, they are facts of Kargil war, perhaps ask your dad, he saw the events as they happened.

These are BS stories that foolish Indian youth was told while it was growing up to hide the blunder that is called Kargil war. :)

In 2012, we returned A Pakistani soldier of 25 Frontier force regiment who deserted and crossed into India

Nope nobody deserted from our side. While this is true that very few Pakistani soldiers crossed to other side inadvertently and India returned them with honor.

Pakistan also returned a lot of Indian soldiers dead or alive with honor.

But the incident that you quoted above is a lie by your media. That soldier never deserted his country and his military. He crossed to other side since he had a love affair with a girl on other side of the LOC. He crossed LoC several time to meet her.

Arif was posted in front of Natu Gate, 20 km from Poonch city, which is in Indian territory. Officials said he had an affair with a girl living in Indian territory.

Sources said the suspicion has arisen about the activities of Pakistan Army jawan though he had been claiming that he was depressed for delay in sanction of his leave and entered into this side by mistake. Another version pouring in was that he had developed love affair with a girl living in Kirni forward area, ahead of fencing, during his posting at Pakistan's Saifullah Post opposite Kirni in Poonch sector.

Another unofficial version said his fianc had come to her maternal uncle in Mendhar tehsil of Poonch district during weekly crossing on Poonch-Rawlakote route from Hajeera in Pakistan occupied Kashmir (Azad Kashmir). On being teased by his colleagues that his fianc won't return now, he crossed the border.

You not only returned a Pakistani soldier, you also returned India's brother in law. :D

Don't you find it funny that Indian media faked story of Pakistani soldier deserting and few later it is actually Indian soldier who deserted his military and crossed over to Pakistani side.

Leaving your posting for personal reasons like affairs is regarded as desertion by Armies around the world.

And Chandu did that not Arif Ali. :)
Actually it is Arif who got arrested when he deserted his post to meet some chick
