Thanks to our Pakistani friends for their good wishes.

I would wish to remind everyone that Pak set up SUPARCO before ISRO, they send the first rocket (Rahbar) before us; and in 1969 NASA chose SUPARCO to do the gravity analysis for Indian Ocean region because ISRO couldnt do it. There is no reason why they cant rise to great heights again if a truly patriotic leadership takes over.

Let us race to the skies; and not to the bottom

I have an acquaintance working in ISRO, I asked him the same question about rover, he said, rover will be deployed day after tomorrow.. after all system checks.

Lander was transmitting video from prior to landing. They have probably killed the feed as lander will remain stationery now. All new feed will be from the rover now I guess, i.e., when it is deployed.

No both lander and rover have their own tasks

The six payloads on the Vikram lander and rover Pragyan remain the same as the previous mission. There will be four scientific payloads on the lander to study lunar quakes, thermal properties of the lunar surface, changes in the plasma near the surface, and a passive experiment to help accurately measure the distance between Earth and the Moon. The fourth payload comes from NASA.
