Well he is right. If the parliament has said no and the army is overriding then that's wrong. But this is indeed Pakistan so I guess everything goes.

1) No its not.
2) Even if for the sake of arguement it is, Parliament can still cut off funds.
Every penny which comes into the country from outside is paid into the Federal Consolidated Fund. Drawing money from it can only be done through an Act of Parliament.(that’s what the budget is, lays down how much a body may draw in one year). So even if Saudis are “paying every penny”, it all goes into the Fund before the military sees it.

Parliament can simply bar the military from drawing monies from the fund for use in S Arabia.

1) No its not.

It is paid ask a person,incharge of these matters.Airfare,Kit items,salary,accomodation etc is provided by KSA,so in short koi ehsan nahi kartey hum un par na wo hum par.

What did the Saudis pay a few billions $ for not long ago? Where is the account/audit and contract for that? is the Parliament and Senate informing the public of that 'deal'?

Maybe this troops to KSA is part of that. Why don't you call Rabani and ask him for details? Last I heard it was a gift, but with what strings attached?

I'm in favour of sending troops to whichever country needs our help but only for training purposes.
