This is my wife's school. Their cafeteria made the best lamb/rice pilaf I have ever tasted and it was more than 30 years ago.

Many Uighurs are so eager to join the army, especially navy and serve on the Chinese aircraft carrier, maybe it's because Xinjiang is so far away from all the oceans and they want to see the seas. Many applied, but only a luck few can pass those tests.
