Very good step. We need to self sufficient in cow production as much as possible. It is one f of the reasons of boarder killing. Moreover cow farming will create many more job opportunity for rural people. And if Indian cow smuggling stop they will make good profit

Actually Bangladeshis don't like to eat beef much. Mutton is considered 'richer' meat and considered better meat than beef. In weddings people like to serve mutton to show their status as mutton is expensive than beef. Beef is only in high demand during Eid ul Adha. Elders and health conscious people avoid beef on doctors recommendation. They prefer chicken and fish.

Bangladeshi beef curry is popular but mutton curry is way more popular in Bangladesh.
