Cat in distress

Stupid mother cat, post natal depression hoa wa ho ga....I saw a cat once who wouldnt go near the kittens....Had to flick the cats ears and force her to feed the kittens!

may be the mother cat died somehow (wish not to)

In the parking of my building, I saw a small newborn cat, very weak and hardly moving, almost dead looking. I thought it was a stray. Today again it was present and squeaking.

I put milk and pieces of bread on a small low plate but the cat seemed to go away from the food. It has some sort of injury to its back legs I suspect.
The whole parking is totally cement, no food source whatsoever, so I suspect that it is without food for 2-3 days.

I had no luck in feeding it, searched for some pet care centre or animal shelter on the net but none were found, I am in Dubai. All of them are on the other corner of Dubai while I am on the other corner.

ANyody can give some tips and a address for a animal shelter? Is there any government service for this?

@Awesome...

Urgent please, I suspect it is going to die by the looks of it.

Feline friends, Friends of Animals, poshpaws... All of them are in far off places if memory serves me correct.

You'll have to foot the bill of the rescue though (like vet costs). But they usually get you a deal so its like all on cost price.

If it does not have a disease, it should get through. Take syringe full of milk and try to force feed it, but make sure you don't cause any choking. Afterwards there will be a lot of mess, so just have a damp (very slightly wet, not dripping) cloth handy to wipe off some food from its face. Make sure you don't get bitten/scratched. Wearing gloves and full sleeved shirts is recommended. Don't give it a bath. Try to bring it to some shade.

It won't eat bread. Get some pet food, whiskas or friskies have this kitten formula, get that, biscuits would be no good. Feed it like a spoon full and don't put the food on ground, put it on some plate (any plate that won't tip over, because it will probably eat by licking the food a lot). If it eats that give it more.

It's only a couple of days old I suspect, will it eat meat?

Do cats eat fish?

Its a weakness for all cats... although, its simpler to just get a small can of whiskas or friskies cat food. It gives of this scent that will make it very appetizing.

Yeah I'll get some cat food...I don't have a syringe but I am guessing you people want me to feed it in drops. I tried that but it only licked a few by the looks of it.

I have seen a website of a doctor near Galadari driving centre...will try and contact tomorrow.

That's it for tonight...it's in the box now (or atleast I left it there!) and the cloth is there, it drank a little milk, will do something else tomorrow.

when I said feed using syringe nobody listened now @Oscar says its the right thing to do.. @BDforever
you guys only respect authority..

Nhn yar, we listened to your advice...

Had the same problem with my cat.. she went through post partum and would not feed her kittens.. had to do this syringe procedure.
One of the kittens was also like this... scrawny and almost dead.. Regular feeding, and vidalyn later.. He grew to become an SSG commando.. literally muscles all over..
We would hang him from a rope and he would climb it like Rambo.

ROFL!!!

I tried force fedding it, but it would just not get it's face straight. It's guddi seems to delicate, so I caught it as a whole, belly side up, but it would just not get the face straight, almost as if it doesn't want to get food.
