On December 25, 2015, Ram Madhav, the BJP’s general secretary, said, “India, Pakistan and Bangladesh will one day reunite….” In Bharatiya Ganarajya (Republic of India) Akhand Bharat or ‘Undivided India’ is not just a political slogan but Hindutva’s cultural-cum-religious belief. In 1989, the ruling BJP “adopted it as its official ideology”. In Bharatiya Ganarajya, Akhand Bharat has a thousand proponents, among them Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the Akhand Hindustan Morcha, the Hindu Mahasabha, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.

According to Ravi Rikhye, ‘one of India’s most distinguished and highly regarded defence historians’, “My belief is that India should at the earliest opportunity incorporate Pakistan into the Republic…” M B I Munshi, the author of ‘The India Doctrine’, writes: “There was a third course of action other than peaceful or aggressive reintegration…that would be to foment subversion within the country to be reintegrated. This method would gradually wear away the control of government authority and paralyse the state machinery which would force the country to seek accommodation with India”.

To be certain, there are a hundred indigenous violent secessionist movements fighting to rip India into pieces. According to South Asia Terrorism Portal (satp.org), there have been 65,980 terrorist-related Indian fatalities between 1994 and 2017 (apart from the more than 87,000 Kashmiris killed over the past 25 years).

Within Bharatiya Ganarajya there are a hundred active secessionist forces. In Punjab, the hyperactive secessionist forces include the Khalistan Commando Force, Babbar Khalsa International and International Sikh Youth Federation. In Arunachal Pradesh, the most active secessionist force is the Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagaland. In Assam, the Communist Party of India-Maoist, Jamaatul Mujahideen Bangladesh and the Muslim United Liberation Tigers of Assam.

In Manipur, the National Socialist Council of Nagaland, People’s United Liberation Front and the Manipur Naga Revolutionary Front. In Mizoram, the Bru National Liberation Front. In Nagaland, the Naga National Council, the Federal Government of Nagaland and the Non-Accordist faction of the Naga National Council. In Tripura, the National Liberation Front of Tripura and the All Tripura Tiger Force.

Within Bharatiya Ganarajya, the Naxalite-Maoist secessionist insurgency is an ongoing bloody conflict that began some 50 years ago (ongoing since May 18, 1967). For the record, 16 of India’s 29 states have an active secessionist movement-that’s more than 50 percent of India.

Henry Kissinger, the 56th US secretary of state, had predicted that India has “centrifugal tendencies”(centrifugal: ‘moving or tending to move away from the centre’). The Press Trust of India, the largest news agency in India, once argued that “unless these negative and divisive trends were immediately arrested and firmly reversed, India could face the prospect of reverting to its pre-independence status of splintered territories, principalities and fiefdoms ruled by feudals and their private militias…”

On June 26, Soutik Biswas, BBC’s India correspondent, wrote, “Is India descending into mob rule?”, adding that “many are wondering whether India is hurtling towards ‘mobocracy” under Mr Modi’s watch”.

India’s strategic thinkers argue that “India would require an extraordinary amount of military power to keep the nation state as one single entity (Indian Defense Review April-June 2007).”

India’s strategic thinkers assert that “If India does not expand to fill its natural borders, then the centrifugal tendencies inherent in the situation get the upper hand and the country starts disintegrating inwards. No matter what the cost, we must start the process of reintegration. The later we put if off, the more the eventual cost. Because Pakistan is second only to India in terms of wealth and power, the reintegration process must start with that country.”

only an idiot will try to incorporate pakistan into India. If possible India will build another mile long wall or drag the sea in between.
Pakistanis think too high of themselves as if their country is heaven and every one wants to have it. Some one has to remind them not long back some one called it a international migraine.

Forget the BJP dude. Even Gandhi hope Pakistan (East and West) will some day re-unite with India to form Akhand Bharat.
In Punjab, the hyperactive secessionist forces include the Khalistan Commando Force, Babbar Khalsa International and International Sikh Youth Federation.
That's a nice Joke. The movement is dead, taken care of by Iron lady Indira Gandhi.
In Nagaland, the Naga National Council, the Federal Government of Nagaland and the Non-Accordist faction of the Naga National Council. In Tripura, the National Liberation Front of Tripura and the All Tripura Tiger Force.
These are some irrelevant groups who are running short of money and weapons. The only powerful group though fading gradually is the CPI-Maoist. Still they are only threat to government. These organization failed to gather popular support. Even the Khalistani movement was ratted out by a patriotic Sikh man.

Kissinger is an anti India dude, during the time of Nixon he is responsible for US mil actions against India.
So his hopes and wishes are not surprising.

regular beat police can handle the internal issues. And they are doing it, I would like to know who are those strategic thinkers who think army can protect India from internal violence. We have Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) for that purpose alone.

Again the imaginary thinker. If government had an expansionist mindset, we would be looking at expanding towards north east towards Tibetan region rather than deserted grounds of Pakistan. Which is relatively not fertile and has less strategical advantage.
Because Pakistan is second only to India in terms of wealth and power, the reintegration process must start with that country.
Wealth? BS.
Power in terms of? Soft power, hard power? None of the indexes put Pakistan anywhere close to India. May be in his own wishful thinking. Oh wait, if he meant South Asia, well that's comparable.

The Columnist should understand that, India's only problem is Pakistan's never ending obsession for Kashmiri land and it's support for a world renowned terror organizations like Hizbul-Mujahidheen, LeT and so on.

I think you did not read properly the quote from the book used in the article ... Absorption is not the only option.

Do you want to say the 3rd option, the internal strife within Pakistan, has been created by India? But, do the Muslims really need patronage from a non-Muslim country for all those bombings and killings in their own country in the name of safeguarding their religion?

Aren't non-Muslim third countries responsible for the Islamic State? For long Pakistan has accused India of patronizing the Pakistan Taliban and BLA. The same can be said for the JMB in Bangladesh.

You are finger pointing at others when the Muslims themselves are responsible for their own ineptness and backwardness. More to it, they go and destroy things that the non-Muslim countries have built by hard working during the last five centuries.

Muslims should blame themselves for their chaotic societies all over the world and rectify/modify their brain that is continuously being wrongfully washed by the fanatic dogma derived from some old texts.

Those organisations are only following what Allah has said. Prove otherwise.

No it is actually intelligence manipulation and the lure of $100 bills that is creating the instability you speak of ....

No. The salafist bunch like KSA are responsible for it. West took advantage of it by using them to make ME unstable.
Laden was found in Pakistan. Did India plant him there?

Were JMB leaders Indian? No. All of them were Bangladeshi. They had links with Jamaat. They were funded by them. Maybe had links with some Indian terrorist groups too. But not patronized by India. Find your own faults before blaming others.

So, I suggest Muslim countries to build their economies based on hard work during the next 500 years and then manipulate other countries' affairs by cunningly using this wealth. Muslim countries may remain poor and underdeveloped because of their impractical and superstitious thinking. Why do you guys blame others for your own ineptitude?

Bold part: So, you admit that Muslims are taught to become greedy and some of these characterless people are prone to sell themselves to destroy others' properties at ease because they are offered money. So, if this is the disease, then why not the Muslim leaders opt for building their societies on hard work and innovation of technologies that will bring prosperity?

Only this can create new wealth and the disgruntled Muslims will not go after non-Muslim money. But, this will not happen because the Muslim leaders themselves are greedy for power that earn them influence and wealth.
