But in certain cases you will require higher degrees to develop your country.

we should change this attitude that we need them....they did all this without any higher degrees first than make this institutions......try to make own institution which gives u & other the same level degrees dont depend on them

No people dont need to running around for higher degrees anymore specially at the time of Information Technology. You wont believe how much information I download everyday. Right now I am looking at the picture of the most efficient car ever built and its in France. My American degree did not help me to do that but a 1500 TK internet connection did.

Many countries with high traffic for visa applications have outsourced their visa departments. It is the same with the Indian embassy here in the UK. Many of the big Schengen countries too use VFS for visa applications. This is a non issue.

:lol:Stephen Harper is bricking it. This country taxes you for anything...you park your car wrong..you pay a fine...you smoke weed...you pay the fine...you kill a person...thats right...pay fine....socialist pigs..even through such socialism these idiots cannot keep a bloody visa office open in freaking bangladesh. Saddest part is the canadian embassy in bangladesh is right next to the american embassy and it is huge with a canadian club that has every kind of amnesties....paid by the canadian tax payer's money...such a big embassy and it doesnt even issue a freaking visa.....What a waste! screw you canada! and screw you harper!

So what you're basically saying is a giant screw you to the millions of other Canadians who voted in Harper, simply because they believe he's the least of all evils as compared to that liberal idiot Ignatieff or Layton(R.I.P) or that douchefaggot of a separatist Duceppe.....And FYI if the government didn't tax us as much as they did, we'd be in the same sh!tstorm that's going on down south...

Please do not call Socialism bad, I wish USA had free Univ. education and govt. health care like Canada, and did you not take advantage of this system?

Also please look at:
Nordic model - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Socialism is not same as Soviet or Chinese style totalitarian one party rule. When people, the 99% get more democratic power and vote in socialism, that kind of socialism is pragmatic and good for improving HDI. Neo-liberal capitalism has been an unmitigated disaster for the planet, its eco-system and its bio-diversity.

Canada always process their visa through VFS. It is not the other way around. It is true that recently demand for Canadian visa has been constantly increasing in Bangladesh. Under this circumstances it is really a bad move to move out the visa office. It will increase the visa processing time to a large extent. Due to this moving out of the visa office now TRV processing will take 1-2 month where as earlier it was 7 days and student visa processing will require 3-4 month where as earlier it was 3 week to 1 month. Obviously not good for the students and visitor. Bangladesh is a country of 160 million people. It should have at least a visa office.

Free health care means you can visit doctor for free and do certain test if required for free. This is not bad at all. But everyone pay for health insurance for much broader coverage.

Education is not cheap ... it is true but cost little low then USA.

Bangladesh is not different. Recently demand for Canadian visa has increased even more then that of USA and Australia. But Canada is too strict to issue visa. Same goes also for India. They check whether a student has intention to come back or not. Though there is always an option to live here permanently through post graduate work permit. in 2008-2009 4000 Indian students got Canadian visa and the rejection rate was also high.

the Student Partnership Programme launched recently by the Canadian High Commission, New Delhi , has come as a boon for Indian students.

Currently, hordes of students are flocking to visa consultants nationwide as this 'golden opportunity' has been thrown open to them . Experts opine that this project is for 'selected' government community colleges in Canada and has now virtually made migration to that country a cakewalk for Indian students.

"Now a Canada study permit is guaranteed within 14 days
