That i appreciate especially when we compare it with the cabinet of Pakistan ( well I really don't think we can even compare them....because it should be between the same species at least). But I am against the forced equality in numbers (50% men and 50% women). Of course, I'm in favour of participation of women at every level but not for this new trend where the numbers are being forced and someone is given the job based on the gender. But before any radical feminist decides to take me to the dry cleaner, I should clarify, according to my point of view there can be more women than 50%... BUT (and its a big BUT) IF they deserve.
Second I won't appreciate mentioning and adding someone for his/her sexual orientation because I think a cabinet should be different than a.......I won't name it...my audience is intelligent and grown ups

I did not say there is a dearth of educated and well qualified women in Canada, but why 50% why not 49% or 55%....I don't think that 50% is a mere coincidence
