1. Yes we did. UK is blocking his return. UK has laws protecting laundered money. It gives political asylums to all the traitors, murderers & robbers of other countries as long as they bring their looted wealth and deposit it into their accounts. 2. Lets just say, some west-apologist politicians, brought into power with western interference and help, with meddling in our elections, may have said something like that at some point. There are reports of US & its allied armies killing people for "sport" without any intel whatsoever from drones using night vision, it was all random guess work. They bombed a school where children were doing PT exercises thinking that it is a militant training group. Shit intelligence, total impunity and absolutely disgusting war crimes, that's why no more bases for anyone! The list can be really long but its always been covered up by governments and their armies. Probes have been ordered but their results never published and an all good report published at the end.
