No. After a wave of HARM, Popeye and Harpy; I don't think that any Syrian AA would be a threat. But yet we still don't know what exactly their capabilities are nor the deep insight details of the systems in use. Rocket and towed artillery will handle Pantsir systems.

I don't know exactly the latest Status of Syrian Airdefence. But all can be intercepted, in the final stage from CIW Systems like Phalanx or Kashtan. But they would have only minimal Chance against free fall Smart bombs HGK.
Possible Szenario :Turkish intelligence and AEW localize actice syrian Radars, massive attack with HARMs and Harpys. Radar silence- they have to rely on short range passive ELOP sensors , then top attack with smart HGK bombs.
