Can Pakistan & China make aerial surveillance aircraft like P-3C Orion

As you know China gave Pakistan 4 AWAKS(Chinese ZDK-03 AWACS) aerial surveillance aircraft for PAF but can they jointly develop Naval version of aanti-submarine and maritime surveillance aircraft like P-3C Orion. The Chinese ZDK-03 AWACS have 4 four-engine turboprop like P-3C Orion.

Nonsense....The presence of Chinese engineers in Mehran base is because of Pakistan acquired ASW helicopters Z-9EC from china recently and their responsibility to train PN staff .In this base there were American engineers as well along with Chinese engineers.

How do u justify Assailants with Uzis and M4s? Even if Americans were stations there, its of little consequence ,Given the depleting diplomatic Inclinations withing the Pakistani Mindset toward the US.

Well china already has Submarine hunter , helicopters

The only difference between the helicopter and the P3 Orion plane is that plane can launch harpoon missiles once it detects a hostile submarine

China can just use the helicopters ( and china has over 200+ of these hunters) , combined with the J11 twin engine platform to hunt out Submarines

The only advantage of P3 orion was for nations like Pakistan which do not operate ample ships nor helicopters to hunt down submarines

For China , a nation one of largest navies in world its not a problem
