Can India's P-8s be refueled in air?

As you can see in the pic there is a black spot just above the front door.Is it for A to A refueling.Also note the two hard points for harpoons.This jet also has the raked wing design which is different from other 737 NG models which have winglets.Also can anyone explain the small boom at the back of the aircraft.

Yes, the P-8s can be air-to-air refueled.
Even if this service is not 'built-in', it could be installed. I'm sure Uncle Sam has no issues with it.
 
so it can carry 4 harpoons? The boom at the back looks like some sort of radar like su24 ....
 
can it carry air to air missiles in the hard points or just harpoons like exocet missiles?

though Indan P8's have Air to Air raddar mode it can not carry AAm's. it will track airborn crafts but can not shoot them.

Small Boom at the BACK is Magnetic Anomaly Detecting Radar.

Yes the Bird has Boom system for Mid air refueling, the appendage above front section Fuselage..

Are you sure? some where i read it have the same internal bay of f35.
doesn't it mean it can carry a2a missiles like aim120?
