India is U.S close ally and to prove that they must have to send troops to Afghanistan otherwise they will stop weapon deliveries to India.

The US doesn't want to pay for it any more. that's the key. So that probably wont happen more then a small force to protect consular outposts in the capital and smaller cities.

hahaha well u know! they r already given a resounding welcome? havnt u seen videos?? lets not forget, if 140,000 NATO troops with airpower cant do anything, realistically what CAN a few 26000 mercenary troops can do? specifically when now entire region supports Taliban cause openly?and so do majority of Afghan people?

Perhaps your government would have done it but its there fear that once in Afghanistan these Muslim soldiers will actually turn against India?
