Cambodian boy masters 12 languages selling souvenirs to tourists

. . .
I notice he speaks German too. It’s remarkable he speaks so many languages but if one looks closer to it, it is not what it pretends to be. Usually a normal human brain can master up to five languages. Both speaking and writing. I guess the boy can’t write as he doesn’t go to school. He speaks like someone copies someone’s sound 1:1. Speaking like a Papagei. Take me as example, a relatively high IQ person :-):
I speak/write/read Vietnamese, German and English. As Vietnamese, we tend to speak French and Chinese because that are our former colonial masters. So do I. I learn Spanish as well because there are more native Spanish speakers than English speaking people. So you see 6.

Speaking like a parrot is the easiest way to speak a language. Usually every Vietnamese can speak Chinese after a year or so just listening what Chinese talk. Japanese is hard, I don’t think I will ever learn it.

The boy belongs to one percent with speaking more than 10 languages. That’s extremely rare.

The human brain absorbs better when it's young. At our age, we will probably find it difficult to learn to speak another language fluently.

Nope. All wrong. This the strongest evidence we have of past lives. This lad prob mastered all 12 languages during his previous lives. That y his soul able to relearn them so quickly.

Matter cannot b created nor destroyed. R we to expect our consciousness to evaporate after we cease to exist on the physical plane?

Learning a foreign language is said one of best ways to stay young. Human brain is not a static thing. It’s elastic. Like muscle. The more you exercise the better.

Playing chess is another way of training the brain. Do you know chess? Probably yes. You probably even play good. But have you ever played against a blindfold grand master? I did. He played blindfolded against multiple players in parallel. I suffered a humiliation defeat. I was thinking how it is possible he won against all if eyes shut with all chess moves being told. He kept every move and counter move in his head. Amazing.

Yep. There are research that shows a billingual brain is healthier and slows down aging of the brain compared to a monolingual brain.
