Our TJ (Trans Jakarta) also using BYD Heavy-Duty Bus. There will be more than 100 units to be operated in Jakarta City alone this year.
With BYD High-Power Charge Technology, they can have 250 KM Range or 17 hour Operational with only around 1 hour charge

Lol! Only the Chinese media can get supa giddy over hybrid sales and use that as a comparison to Tesla’s 100% EV sales. Hybrids make up most of BYD’s sales not 100% EVs.
I know hybrids are something new to Chinese so they get excited about them but they have been around since the late 1990’s in the rest of the world.

for private users that will be a long long queue...
the ideal charging time should be comparable to filling up gasoline!

Your having to use PHEVs to get that total, which Tesla does not sell and never will. It also doesn't mention the fact Tesla Shanghai was practically shut for 2 months. Troy Teslike estimated without the COVID shutdowns, Tesla China would have delivered and extra 87,000 vehicles.
Production lines at Giga Shanghai are now being expanded from 60-70K/month to 80-90K/month. And another 450K facility will be built near Shanghai. And Giga Berlin and Texas are ramping.
In June, the sales volume of BYDev was 69,544, and the sales volume of BYDdm was 64,218. Obviously, the proportion of hybrid vehicles inBYD's sales is slightly smaller than that of pure electric vehicles.
In 2021, the cumulative sales of BYD's EV models and DM models will reach 320,810 and 272,935 units, respectively, up 144.9% and 467.6% year-on-year.

It was almost a million for Tesla in 2021
Sorry the 100% EV number is what we are talking about not hybrids. BYD is nowhere close to Tesla in 100% EV sales.
July 2022
Han EV sold only 12,945 units in June
Dolphin sold 10,376 units
Their other EV’s made up the rest of their ~68,000 total.

wow, you give the link. BYD produced 134,771 new energy vehicles in June, including 134,497 passenger cars and 274 commercial vehicles. New energy passenger vehicles include 68,195 BEVs and 66,302 PHEVs.

LOL! Yes but HYBRIDS are half of that total. Can’t you see the math. Those “PHEV” cars actually have gasoline engines. Only 68,195 don’t. Meanwhile Tesla sold 100,000+ EVs in June.

wow. Which models of EVs with gasoline engines are you talking about? Please give a clear answer, I will check on BYD's official website to see if it is really equipped with a gasoline engine.
