Long things short. Pakistan does things which you thing is in your interest. Just like that the Northern Alliance do things that will obviously be in their interest. Same applies to the Yankees and India as well.

There are 50K plus Pakistani citizens who were killed in this proxy war run from the Afghan soil. Do you think its difficult for Pakistan to make life hell in cities like Bombay, Delhi, Calcutta? Our response and our composure is our proof that we do have red lines not to cross that we have set for ourselves. Its a shame that we are dealing with animals.

I'm a pakistani and I want to know that why afghanistan keeps blaming us for sponsoring terrorism ? What's the reason for this all ?
It's very surprising that president of a country spoke like this. It carries weight .

We pakistanIs ourselves have been victim of wrong decisions by our government in past history .
We also got some wrong men from military to rule us so I personally do not believe in my military blindly ,I'm neutral , I hold belief that humans are not infallible and they can make mistakes .

Is this government really creating terrorists on our name ??

Pakistan did not oppose Russia but for the sole reason of Russian/Indian Alliance in those days..They are in this mess because of friendship with India and they will be in this mess till eternity unless they realize it. The answer to you question is long , I shall attempt some pointers which may lead you towards where the answers lie.

1. Afghanistan was the only nation to oppose the entry of Pakistan into the UN way back in late '40s. A look at the reasons will help form an impression where the issues began.

2. The disdain & cavalier manner in which Pak planners considered & treated Af ( strategic depth) would rises hackles of any nation.

3. The use of Soviet intervention in Af as a hen that gave golden eggs by ISI/ Zia & policies that were followed post 79 led to the ir reversible obliteration of the Afghan way of life & it remains so,

4. Involvement of Pak intel agencies with Taliban etc led to other players stepping in , making a bad situation worse. The nation & the region has never recovered form it.

Though I do have confusions about my government policies but I've not lost faith in my motherland.
It was a mistake that we got involved in afghan war and as our minister sartaj aziz claimed that we're paying for our policies adopted in afghan proxy war.
Pakistan was much better before this war . And we were developing a lot . 9/11 really disturbed whole region , how nice it would've been if we peacefully gave osama bin laden to Americans rather than Americans approaching him after killing millions of innocent muslims .

Russia is selfish , it isn't helping afghanistan even after disturbing this region .
