Buddy...Racists cannot help themselves. Racism do occurs, develop, and manifest itself in degrees and there is a level where the person simply cannot help but inject some measure of his racism into every discussion involving America and Americans. These people simply cannot handle the idea of a non-white American. As for the counter being cheap, possibly, but it won't be immediately obvious and will require years of research and physical tests to demonstrate. Its likely the US would find the way to counter its weapon before anyone else.

This is also why its extremely likely the US is more knowledgeable when it comes to detecting stealthy aircraft than any other country in the world...we got the aircraft to practice with.
