As long as any area is in India and hosts something, that is categorically Indian. Regardless of whether any other part of India is 1000 miles away or not.

Actually Romania was actually far ahead of Pakistan 30 years ago. The GDP/capita numbers that you are referring to are in the prices at that time and would be a lot higher in towards prices.

I would say that countries like Pakistan/India/BD are more like where Romania was 50 years ago. However, that is not to say that it would take 50 years for fast growing economies like India/BD to get to where Romania is now as they are growing like 7-8% per annum with low population growth of 1% a year. Say around 20-25 years for most of South Asia reach Romania's GDP/capita as of now would be sensible.

The "village idiot" could not afford a cruise to seychelles, mauritius, madagascar and la reunion with his girl friend and be able to dance the "Volta" with her.

Its a quite easy calculation. My current life is pretty good. Italy as it is is good. Sure there can be improvements in economy ect.

Now comes the refugee issues and a very easy question is on the table.

What profit does italy have from letting them in? We see in France and Belgium that large amounts of muslims can´t be integrated into a european nation and it creates massive problems there. A problem we dont have in italy.

Do i want this problem in italy? The answer is no. What can i do to prevent this result? The most easy solution is to block the refugees outside.

I´m an italian...if you follow history you sure know we once conquered the entire mediterranean region. I´m highly doubtful that i have "arab blood". Because i´m from the tuscany region and arabs never were here. Its far more likely one of my female ancestors came from Carthago or whatever. 2000 years is a long time span.
