Building up the case against PAKISTAN

some of you guys are super confident which is not good and healthy.

agreed, a confrontation is the extreme possibility, yet a limited strike at our nuclear facilities is not only probable but possible as well. so we need to radically rethink our defence on emergency basis.

Pakistan is an ideal case for military action by NATO due to presence of WMDs and being breeding,training ,testing and launching ground for terrorists and their worldwide terror plans.

at the time when the economies are down, cost benefit ratio is likely against the possible scenario, unless some eager war mongers initiate the action.

we need to develop a ICBM as soon as possible

US dont have guts to Attack north korea because of the north korean missile range which can reach north USA

or atleast a nuclear submarine on lease from china very soon

I dont think so ICBM are feasible, we dont want the two countries to move or to think of moving towards the potential confrontation. what we can do is to keep the targets and their mobility in our monitoring with help of China.

and make sure on diplomatic front we are able to win the hearts and minds of the world, and avoid any individual or collective strike against our nuclear assets. that should be our prime concern !

The thing I notice about Pakistanis is their general paranoid frame of mind on this forum. Instead of questioning why one of the world's most notorious terrorist was holed up in your country and who is responsible for this fiasco, you start imagining the scenario of an imminent invasion by the USA. You really need to change your mindset. You have no strategic assets or otherwise which makes you worth invading by the USA, India or any other nation. You overstate your importance. With 90% of the world is glad that Osama bin Laden is dead and stating so, 5% of the world saying that they don't really care about Osama and the remaining 5% mourning his death, you instead focus and plan on the disintegration of your country. You elect your leaders and then curse them. You praise your army when they stand toe to toe against the Indian army but curse them for ridding your country of its trash or failing to stop the Americans from killing a self confessed mass murderer. Some poster here even went so far to state that the very men and women who defend you against dangers within and outside your borders will turn their guns on you. Pakistan doesn't need enemies outside its borders when it has citizens of your calibre

thinking on one possible scenario is no way hurdle to any other aspect, you can start a different thread on that. I would prefer to keep the discussion on post-OBL scenario, possibly the extreme case.

is PAKistan next on their target list? do they have enough points to convince the international community to invade Pakistan at some point of time in this or next year?

apparently there is a strategic clash between the thinking of leadership of USA, and CIA.

but believe it or not this event has Implications on Pakistan's future in general and our nuclear facilities in particular.

I believe we should prepare ourselves for intense pressure, furious threats and violations, economic embargo, and maybe direct confrontation.

I agree with you. Just imagine just few more miles south or east of Abbottabad and there are some realy serious defence instalations. Kahota is one of them. I think the case is in the final stages now against pakistan.

That is the best possible solution.

there is another problem that our top leadership and GHQ are at same place, which means if someone is to eliminate our leadership, all they need is to target one place. Im not sure if their facilities are secure enough to survive and remain operational.

lets assume that one day we wake up with no Islamabad lefT ? what then? what plans do we have to survive that sort of attack.

Why would it give Pakistan any time?

In any case, a war with US would result in total annihilation of Pakistan.

not so fast bro, it aint khala ji ka gher, to take the whole pakistan down. the problem is with limited strikes. how we can know that cruise are coming ? or heli are being sent to take out our nukes, if our defence was so pathetic in OBL case?

that is what i am thinking since last operation happened in abotabbad ...... what would be our strategy how we gonna encounter it .... what will be our re-action i believe the moment we are dis-armed by our nukes .... india is not gonna sit on its ...... they are already on their toes waiting for the exact moment
