Well, that's the difference between the two armies.
Our army personnel are well fed and taken care of. Despite being Indian budget and economy far bigger than Pakistan. The problem is with the allocation of budget, mismanagement, or perhaps corruption.
There is a lifestyle difference between the personnel of the two armies. Indian army soldiers often get depressed and miserable.

Indian forces due secular nature of India, don't have access to regular religious sermons by religious gurus to destress their minds and give them purpose in difficult periods. Indian security forces shd also employ religious teachers.

PA is a much smaller closely knit force than IA who are unaware of what's happening on the other side of the country.... and then casualties revealed in penny packets.... Take the Ladakh incident. After releasing the casualty figure from 2 to then 10 and then 20+.
Several weeks or rather months later we see images of dozens of Indian POW battered and blue being paraded by PLA.
No one in India has the stomach to ask as why was it all kept under cover.

There is no way a Pakistani soldier committed suicide in those conflict areas and public doesn't know. I know our social system better than you. Families, neighbours and colleagues deeply gets involved when someone gets martyred. In these days media is very deep.

They transferred this Tej Bahadur guy to being a plumber. Rajnath and Modi should have taken responsibility but as usual these Hindutvas are corrupt cowards.
