your border is fenced few hundred yards within your territory... after speaking rangers... they told me that only few painted rocks mark the actual territory.... so even if some crosses those rocks the indian army forces them put hands up... and if they try to return to pakistan then they get shot.

A better question, why don't you people ask your government to put up fencing/markers on your territory, that will prevent people from making mistakes and jumping across. Instead of blaming India from doing what is its right, nab your government for its failure. Stop acting like the eastern pole vaulters.
