Indian BSF have a very poor track record on weapon discipline and a rising issue with suicides.Yes last time they blamed Pakistan Rangers and it turned out that the BSF guy was hit by a stray bullet from celebratory firing at a local wedding.
Now they are blaming sniper fire from the Rangers again. Who knows might be the case of another suicide.
