I'm no expert in modern warships, sorry mate. Anyway, there are more appropriate sections in the forum apart from this pointless thread where we can discuss the specifications of vessels constructed in Germany like the one in the OP.

Concerning Brunei, China has no ongoing quarrel worth mentioning with her at all. In fact, they are partners, on good terms with each other (not a fresh article but that will do).
