PLA unleashed dogs to chase them away, like what US always does around the world especially in Europe. They are probably hungry.
They smell food and are searching for them.
Thank goodness. The PLA soldiers are well trained, discipline and did not killed any one of them.
Tibet is infested with bears, increasing human bear conflicts are becoming a major problem in Tibet, every local household has to put long sharp spikes on their doors and fences to deter bears from coming in. But the government still keeps the strict protection law for bears, killing or hurting one is punishable by prison terms. There are bears in Tibet? I thought there were only antelopes and cattle in that damn place.
