Interesting info I found recently:

UK secretly bought the Israeli Spike NLOS systems in April 2007. Total 14 systems based on M113 and 600-700 missiles, named Exactor Mk1. First they were used in Basra august 2007 against firing positions and as counter mortar weapon. Missile proved itself as highly effective.

In September 2009 they were sent to Helmand province Afghanistan. In same year new double channel Spike NLOS missiles were ordered.

In 2012 new towed version of Spike NLOS system was ordered (because M113 which British army never used before were a logistical nightmare), named Exactor Mk2.

The new artillery regiment of British army will have:

3 batteries of 155-mm howitzers AS90.
1 battery of MLRS (with GMLRS rounds).
2 platoons of Exactor Mk2 (3 launchers each).

.
nice little weapon system. so the mk2 only carries one missile??
so this is the loadout on a M113

I wonder why Spike NLOS wasn't considered for LCS instead of Hellfire II. could of developed a mmW seeker for Spike instead of CCD?

U can see there are 4 slots.

There are many strange things about LCS. Israel uses Spikes from its boats:

.
They more than obviously will be shipped to non other than Iran via UK weapon smugglers , and this time they won't be caught by your daring israeli commandos in the red sea  cause they are going the other way , Oil money can buy a lot ;)

Since we love procuring M113s, I wonder why we skipped on buying M113s armed with missiles as this would greatly complement the 76mm gun-armed M113s we will be receiving soon.

The Spike (in various versions) is the Missile that I'd like to see in the Indian Army. Lets see how the Javelin proposal from the US plays out finally. It may be good enough only to equip some of the Strike Corps units given the cost issues.
The M113 is a vehicle whose design is dated, funny that the British Army woke up to that fact late.
