Interesting info I found recently:
UK secretly bought the Israeli Spike NLOS systems in April 2007. Total 14 systems based on M113 and 600-700 missiles, named Exactor Mk1. First they were used in Basra august 2007 against firing positions and as counter mortar weapon. Missile proved itself as highly effective.
In September 2009 they were sent to Helmand province Afghanistan. In same year new double channel Spike NLOS missiles were ordered.
In 2012 new towed version of Spike NLOS system was ordered (because M113 which British army never used before were a logistical nightmare), named Exactor Mk2.
The new artillery regiment of British army will have:
3 batteries of 155-mm howitzers AS90.
1 battery of MLRS (with GMLRS rounds).
2 platoons of Exactor Mk2 (3 launchers each).
