China recognizes South China Sea as international water. China signed and ratified UNCLOS which defines territorial water as only 22 km from the coast.

Are they going to do same Cultural exchange when they dock on India ?

Certain islets but not the ocean. China does not include the area of South China Sea 3 million square kilometers in area of China. Otherwise China area be 12 million sq km instead of 9 million sq km.

How is it different? Becos western media tells you those islet or sea belongs to Indonesia, Philippine, Vietnam instead of China?
