Brig Gen Chuck Yeager passed Away, RIP

Not really, I wasn't one of the "ghairat mand Pakistanis saying RIP's" ... by the way, apostrophe 's' is the possessive term, not plural. I was just calling out your madrasa educated hypocrisy, that's all. And yes, you're correct, you can return to your meaningless online persona.

Thanks for the very helpful remarks. They'll aid me when and if I report you. :D

.
I heard about him sometimes in 1955 after seeing a T-33 Shooting star in the skies over Chaklala, Rawalpindi and asked a friend of my father who had retired as a Seargent in the British Indian Air Force about the jet aeroplanes. I was informed that jet fighters were very fast and Chuck Yeager had flown faster than sound in a jet powered plane. Later I also saw the movie 'The Righ Stuff'.

In my humble opinin, Chuck Yeager was one of the greatest fighter pilots ever and friend of Pakistan. May he Rest in Peace.

A legend. Without his exploits, there probably would be no supersonic fighter aircraft. In addition to his time as an air attache to Pakistan, he also flew the F-20 Tigershark to Pakistan in the 1980s.

@Raider 21 did I struck a nerve? :D

He's American, I have full rights given to me, by the US constitution who I protect, to freedom of speech.

Why's a Canadian so upset?

That was my tribute to the test pilot.

Nothing upsetting. Just ratings to go with the insults. That Constitution gives you freedom of speech, not freedom to insult. Wouldn't feel the same if your own people die and get insulted similarly.

Cheers

Note : mods I suggest this thread be sent to another section, it doesn't belong in the PAF section.

I don't care what you feel since you have already demonstrated that...

What I did was no insult. I paid my tribute. Where were you when I posted it twice......both times when that Indian Navy Mig pilot became shark food??

No other mod or TTA gave me a -ve rating, banned me, deleted my post or disagreed with me over it...

I even posted the same 2 videos in another thread made by Horus...

No complaints...

So my friendly neighbor. Can you remove those -ve ratings? If not, you should go into the thread above & give me 2 more...

Otherwise it won't be fair. Cheers.

The pioneer of aviation isn't the test pilot but the men and women who made those planes.

You're giving respect(s) to false gods and goddesses.

No one ever asked who flew the Wright Brother's plane.....they all credited the Wright Brothers. I do admire Yeager's courage, stamina and will power but I'm not like you who bend over backwards to whatever is the current flavor of the day is to bend to.
So why do you respecting our hero and legend of 65 war like MM Alam and others???

I don't want to tell you since your question makes no sense...please edit and fix it.

I'll respect whoever I want to. I'll reiterate, I made no disrespect.

My post wasn't the usual RIP.....or.......you know, the other extreme side. It was well balanced. I stated facts, do tell me where I erred and I'll fix those facts.

I don't get into ego matters. Because this'll be another thread where I'll be in the minority.

Phsheesh. Designing a plane is a desk job. It took ball$ of steel to get ito the X1 and ignite the rocket.

You clearly stated you "celebrated his death", just as you did with "indian pilots". You also insinuated that he's "burning in hell" and belittling the other members who are simply stating "RIP" for the chap. If that isn't insulting in your book, then there's something wrong with you, and no need to cry like a little girl to have your negative rating removed.

Still, the old fart has died and I'll celebrate like I celebrated when that Mig Bison of yours got shot down or when your recent Mig pilot became shark food. :D

Look at all these ghairat mand Pakistanis saying RIP's. Never seen such servitude in my life. Roll on boys.

Here comes the typical Indian response...

Apparently, India lacks both the person who can do the "desk job" to design the plane, the skilled labor and manufacturing facilities to test and make the plane, and the test pilot who can fly a plane......and not parachute into enemy territory. Not giving the enemy a fighter jet which sits in the enemy museum....

You should be last one to come here and lecture me when your flying tin can the Tejas can't get off the runway and fight the enemy. :D

So you're telling that your not respecting or degrading anyone but respecting only yourself :hitwall: :hitwall: :hitwall: :crazy:

Nope, that's only the conclusion to which you came. I still have some respect for you. I just suggest not hammering your head into a wall. :enjoy:

Finally, a worthy opponent. It took time for you to reply heh??

I said what I said and I will not go back. I am unapologetic when it comes to trivial matters like this. I am not the little girl who's acting like a snowflake just cuz I "celebrated/insulted" Yeager's death.

All I asked is for fair judgement to be passed, for my 2 rating to be removed or further 2 to be added since I "disrespected" the test pilot twice in another thread also.

You and your ilk seem to have not only short term memory but different version of reality. Goes to show you edit whatever fits your narrative. You were making a solid argument.....until you forgot what I actually wrote. :D

I disagree with your calculus.

I'm of the opinion that by virtue of Hindustan being a voluntary hypernationalist fascist nation state, that until proven otherwise, Indian military personnel are guilty of at least: conspiracy in, passive acceptance of, and acquiescence to the machinations and instrumentations of the terrorist hindutva regime and its heinous crimes against south Asia. Certainly some individuals within Indian military will be an exception that proves this rule, but they now need to prove this, otherwise the default stands. This is similar to how we treated the fascist armies of Hitler after WW2. Unless you have a damn good alibi, you're off to Nuremberg!

Now USA - for all our criticisms of their political dysfunction - is still a straightforward democracy (not a voluntary fascist state like Hindustan) and while much of generic democracy is a simple facade for elitist rule, the one thing Americans get right is the right of individuals to dissent. American dissenters - even in the military - will not be hounded out as antinationals. American soldiers who disagree with Trump openly state as much. The ones who disagree with The Democrats also state as much. Therefore individual American soldiers cannot be judged pre-emptively as criminal barbarians. They can be judged purely on any individual negative actions/descriptors - or are "innocent until proven guilty".

Indian soldiers - no problem - they're all civilian-murdering filth by default and must prove to the contrary if they so desire.
