Ishared it here for general knowledge of Pakistanis. As of event cancellation u need to watch the video again then, it wasn't cancelled .The village where annual market was held in its neighbouring village a nationalist motor cycle gang had blocked main road, thats why the same market which gets 1000s of roma/kalaidzhis visitors each year only saw visitors in hundreds. so the market was held but at small scale and closed down early as they feared same gang attacking the market.
