If things are under impression as what I said in regard to recovery then 2 or 3b figure is too low as compare to possible recovery, to say the least.

Take a big bomboo stick soak it in oil for a week and apply chili [emoji892] for another week and treat them twice a day and 4 times a day over the weekend, continue till they pay via plea bargain , this will lead to speedy recovery
