Beware The Wrath of Allah: Those Who Seek a Deal for The Corrupt and Want to Facilitate a Get Away for Corrupt from Justice Without the Essential Plea-Bargain That Certifies Their Crimes.

Aisha RA reported: The Quraysh had been anxious about a woman who had committed theft and they said, “Who will speak to the Messenger of Allah about her?” Some said, “Who would dare to but Usama, one beloved by the Messenger of Allah?” Thus, Usama spoke to him and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Do you intercede regarding a punishment prescribed by Allah?” The Prophet then stood up and addressed the people, saying, “O people, those who came before you were destroyed because if a person of high status committed theft among them, they would spare him, but if a person of lower status committed theft, they would apply the punishment upon him. By Allah, if Fatima the daughter of Muhammad were to steal, I would have cut off her hand.”
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1688
Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Muslim

The same Hadith is found in Bukhari with a slightly different wording but the same meaning as above.

"Many a community ruined itself in the past as they only punished the poor and ignored the offences of the exalted. By Allah, if Muhammad's (My) daughter Faatimah would have committed theft, her hand would have been severed." [Al-Bukhari]

So who amongst us want Pakistan to get destroyed ???

...because at the pinnacle of our rotting justice system history, a wealthy corrupt to the core family was miraculously and finally sentenced and made accountable...

Something that must have ordained us worthy by the skin of our sinful teeth by Allah's blessing that we as a nation are finally waking up to the idea of justice for all.

...and now we want that blessing to turn into a curse just because the criminals are wealthy and can afford to get away with it???

So who amongst us want Pakistan to get destroyed ??? and become a shining example of the hadith of our beloved Prophet SAW...

don't want to make fun but as soon as I heard about this, the first thing came to my mind was "The Season of Platelets".

Two of his ailments are genuine since long, I mean way before his arrest or even NAB trials. The platelet thing is however, new. I wouldn't discard the possibility as such due to viral dengue attack so they seems to have some bites. As long as money is coming back to Pakistan and we are about to send them not just out of country but politics for life; I wouldn't loose hope. If, god forbid, a useless exercise is underway then, I don't have any words but that seems to be little to none. The bright side has more chances and I am sure In'Sha'ALLAH.

If people want them to rot in jail, die and become a political martyr whereby their handlers will then lend their support to next generation of these politicos and people will still live in misery while country will be looted to the last drop. We haven't yet dealt with Bhutto and we should not forget this.

Be it Nawaz or AZZ or any other corrupt; recovering money through official channel is a long & exhausting path. There are also possibilities that their handlers will at-least help them to no to loose such money as they promised for the kin. So, having the money back in lieu of sending them forever, is not a bad thing as compare to having nothing in return rather their next generations playing martyr card and getting ready to rule over country yet again.

We need to await and shall not jump to speculations, till some concrete news crops up.

Exactly. There is no conclusion in view of these news of ailment at all.

One problem. How will all of this affect FATF? Zardari did the biggest money laundering activites in Pakistan. If we let him go, the ML prosecution part will be invalid. No way to defend from FATF, even though its just a political organization. All the progress we made, will be undone. I don't think we will go to blacklist, since we got 3 votes. But still there are other ways to punish Pakistan.
