There is one thing for sure and It is announced that Turkish officials are negotiating with Sudan and Somalia like states close to equator, to establish a launch site for Turkish SLV projects. To launch domestic SLV from a likely Turkish base established in South part of Turkey, It must be dropped some parts during the changing rocket motors so It is required special permissions from those governments which is a bad issue for oır independant space/satellite launch missions.
According to calculations received via top official mouths, If It is launched from Turkey towards South, First part would be droped to somewhere near Egypt or Egypt/Sudan border so Officials don’t want to take permission for each launch. If It is agreed, We will see a launch site somewhere in those states.
I think 2500km range ballistic missile target that was announced 3-4 years ago, makes more sense now.
